Our charges are calculated
on a property-by-property basis, and are structured according to your
precise requirements and are charged as a flat monthly fee that is
not subject to VAT. In some cases, residential blocks might solely
require maintenance of communal areas and grounds, in other cases,
blocks may wish to appoint Sanders for the overall management and maintenance
of a residential block to include our full range of services.
