For Resident Associations

It is often the case that lessees or part-owners of a freehold are in a position to form a resident’s association and agree to independently instruct a property management company to look after their property as a co-operative initiative. In this instance, we also act on behalf of limited and right-to-manage companies formed by leaseholders and cooperative freeholders.

Sanders is experienced at working with Director’s to assure that clear parameters are set, budgets are established and that all funds are held in a reserve fund for the sole purpose of being made available for ground rents, repairs, insurance, accounting and maintenance on a given building and its grounds.
