It is often the case that lessees or part-owners of a freehold are
in a position to form a resident’s association and agree to independently
instruct a property management company to look after their property
as a co-operative initiative. In this instance, we also act on behalf
of limited and right-to-manage companies formed by leaseholders and
cooperative freeholders.

to assure that clear parameters are set, budgets are established and
that all funds are held in a reserve fund for the sole purpose of being
made available for ground rents, repairs, insurance, accounting and
