At Sanders Property Management we take a firm stance on our own environmental responsibilities and have structured an in-house charter to reduce, reuse and recycle. We are committed to minimising our own business’ environmental impact and are equally dedicated to introducing energy-saving features whenever possible into the properties we manage and maintain.
From low-energy light bulbs in communal areas and choosing paints that are more environmentally friendly to the installation of compost bins and rain-water collection tanks for everything from watering the garden to tenants use for washing their cars. These are small steps that won’t single-handedly save the planet, but in their way, they will certainly make a difference.
As a company that has its roots firmly established in the seaside town of Eastbourne, Sanders Property Management plays an increasingly active part in trying to give a bit back to the community. We are members of the local Chamber of Commerce and always try to be involved in community charity events and are especially committed to supporting organised extra-curricular sports activities for youngsters in the area.
As a company, Sanders Property Management passionately supports the Eastbourne Rugby Club, and in recognising the importance of organised activities for kids in our community, we plan to become more involved with a wider range if sports initiatives set up by schools and clubs in the area. Whether our involvement takes the form of sponsorship, mentoring or awards for outstanding performance or team spirit, we will aim to promote ‘ good sportsmanship’ as a valuable life lesson, and encourage kids to join in, play hard, get fit and have fun.
Promoting Eastbourne is exceptionally important to Sanders and whilst Peter himself is a dedicated supporter of both rugby and football he is also keenly aware of the important role that sports in general plays within a local community.
