“Daytona Quay is a development of 60 flats and 9 houses situated in a waterside location in West Harbour with landscaped gardens within a cul de sac that leads to the West Harbour Marina. The two larger block shave individual gated underground parking, the remainder of the shared parking is above ground.
Sanders, employed as managing agents during 2015, started work in August/September. Their general management of all areas and contractors has been very good. They started with a catch-up list of work left by the previous managing agents which was quickly eroded by both their swift action and the emphasis on local contractors.
